                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION TO 
                   EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH PRIME CONTRACTORS, 
                   INC., RELATIVE TO THE NEW PAVILION FOR 
                   RIVERVIEW PARK, IN THE AMOUNT OF SIXTY-THREE 
                   THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE AND 
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($63,769.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Parks and Recreation be and is hereby authorized to execute a 
       Contract with Prime Contractors, Inc., relative to the New 
       Pavilion for Riverview Park, in the amount of $63,769.00.
